Terranova offers a wide range of health & beauty products through their brands SureLife Health and F7DIRECT. The range includes over the counter (OTC) medicines, vitamins, supplements, perfumes, toiletries, and medical electronics.
They offer the same branded products found in pharmacies, as well as specialist healthcare products. The business has low overheads thanks to the internet only model which allows them to offer consistently low prices.
Terranova wanted to create brand exposure for Surelife Health, thus creating a wider net for customer orders. This included the creation of F7DIRECT – a sister company of Amazon stores, eBay stores, and its own BigCommerce site.
After agreeing on the aims of the project, we started to build an order management system that would cut down their order process time plus a new site for F7DIRECT to showcase the range of medical products to a different audience.

To ensure Terranova has everything they needed, we built a Linnworks system to process all incoming orders. After connecting their Amazon & eBay stores, we linked preferred couriers like Royal Mail and DHL to the system before designing customer invoices. With brand recognition between the two systems in place, we set a custom rule set which would recognise the order type and dimensions before applying the most cost-efficient service to that order.
All this, alongside the new F7DIRECT website, would help Terranova manage their stock more efficiently. A modern website design with up to date features, like Quick View and Zoom functionality on buyer pages, meant they can now sell to a wider audience.
By removing staff members from the time-consuming task of order processing, they are now free to develop the business and work on new projects. The new website is essential to entice new customers.
Finally, the Linnworks order management system was able to cut costs through efficient service assignment, and the stock control features helped with moving stock across different parts of their business.
