Top Labels Online is an online fashion retailer which caters to both men & woman who want a casual but stylish look for all occasions. As a fast-growing brand, they needed to save time and increase order turnaround.
Having recently expanded their service to Europe, it was important for the stock to be dispatched via UK or European warehouses and delivered within 3-5 days. They chose Linnworks as an order management & stock control system to manage these processes. A fresh website to complement their branding and grow with the business was also required.
At our initial meeting, Top Labels Online discussed their desire to integrate several selling channels such as eBay, Amazon UK & International. So, we proposed a project timeline to take Top Labels Online from an eCommerce start-up to an established e-seller.
The project included the set-up and implementation of a Linnworks Order Management System, as well as branded eBay sites, and a new Shopify site including megamenus & filtering.

To unify and gradually improve the Top Labels Online brand, we set the task of creating a modern design for both eBay stores. The eye-catching storefront placed different categories and products in front of the customer.
We decided that it was important to have a modern Shopify site (https://toplabelsonline.com/) that could expand as the business grew. Features included customer filters for products, full translation, cart abandonment recovery methods, and integration alongside existing marketing solutions.
The next stage was to connect these new branded sites to a freshly reviewed Linnworks stock control & Order Management System. Here we integrated Royal Mail OBA services and created a custom rule set to automatically assign incoming orders to the most cost-efficient courier.
After setting up the Linnworks package, we integrated all channels to unify their sites, selling channels, and eBay stores across the web. This meant that Top Labels Online could easily track data from a single, easily manageable hub for printing labels in bulk & to fulfil orders.
But our services didn’t stop here.
After the success of the implementation process, Top Labels Online agreed to come on board to utilise our managed services for product listing optimisation, store management, and product advertisements for an extra 8 months.
During this time, our staff would ensure that Top Labels Online could concentrate on order fulfilment, rather than wasting precious time and team members on daily expansion tasks like listing products or maintaining high-quality listings.
This extra time gave them the opportunity to make quick decisions and implement solutions while making use of our account managers for each project.
The aim of this project was to create a branded image alongside the operational set-up of Linnworks to simplify the fulfilment process. Once Linnworks was live, Top Labels Online had a single repository for their orders across international selling channels.
With the website built to accommodate a host of customer conversion tactics such as timed subscription popups, related items, and abandonment methods Top Labels Online can now recover lost sales and convert undecided customers through clever marketing tactics.
By having an eBay store and website with the same branding it creates the professional look Top Labels Online want to portray to customers.
The optimisation of their products means that the website, product listings, and eBay stores are listed with proper attributes and keywords, making it more appealing to customers and search engines.
